Meet Caroline. Chic, undeniably beautiful and definitely a girl we wanna be. We persuaded our favourite ‘non-blogger’ to shed some Parisian insight into her world. A peek at her fedorable accessory picks comes highly recommended… We’re now frantically googling Maison Michel.

1. If I were a dessert I’d be… Bellagio’s tempting white and black chocolate fountain where chocolate connoisseurs dip cherries, berries and all exotic fruits.

2. Favourite city for shopping? Fashion is my world, Paris is it’s capital and my hometown.

3. Favourite store? Wherever I could get a pinch of Acné, a hint of Wang and a red touch of YSL.

.

4. Fine dining or fast food? Any venue that flatters my eyes, my palate and my imagination…

.

5. What can’t you live without? My iPhone with every breath I take and a drop of Tiffany’s perfume.

6. Last thing you bought? Acné sweaters vest and boots.

7. Tell us a secret? Well if I told you a secret, it will become big news…

.

8. Designer you covet? Fashion is a whim and an ever-changing world bringing together the old and the new: the all inclusive spectrum goes from Chanel, Dior and YSL to Wang, Lim and McQueen.

9. Your next season purchase will be? Oh… Temptation is at any corner of every street luring me towards a Celine trapeze bag, a pair of YSL waders… or a Chanel mini boy.

10. Describe yourself? An anal retentive, inquisitive, positive mind with an accute inkling for managing daily happenings in harmony and with a sense of humor.

Meet Ashley. Super beautiful and fun, she has that ‘awesome styling/awesome personality’ thing down to a T. 1.  Ashley, (fill in the blanks) If I were a shoe….  I’d be a 5″ Alaia gold printed sandal.  (with a super comfy custom shoe insert of course)​.

2. Favourite shopping city?  Soho, NYC= the best shopping in the world.  There’s nothing, or no one, one can’t find there-even the smallest, cult-iest undercover Japanese designers​.

3. Picnic or posh nosh?  Posh nosh all the way.  I’m from the south…I’ve done my fair share of picnics, ants and all.

4. Pin stripe or Plaid?  ​Lately, I’m all about plaid- Two years ago I scored these plaid shirts with giant white numbers on the back and I’m still obsessed with them.  However, I used to work for Ralph Lauren, so I have had plenty of pin striped moments.​

5. Best thing about Winter?  Giant oversized knits. ​​So walk-of-shame sexy.

6. And the worst?  The worst thing about winter is when I underestimate how cold I will be, and in the name of fashion, show up to an event without the proper outerwear/shoes and end up Les Mis for the duration (this happens frequently).​

7. Your happy place?  A super exclusive 60% off secret sale at Barney’s that no one has heard of but me (never happens).  But really, a coffee in hand, a beautiful day, heading to one of my favorite NYC boutiques-What Goes Around Comes Around (vintage); Kirna Zabete or IF.​

8. Favourite trend for the season?  I know I’m probably alone in this, but I am loving the return of socks. I love them with every type of shoe and am always envious when someone pulls off a good goofy sock with a stunning heel. ​

9. Designer you’re coveting?  I​​’m most excited about Cédric Charlier and wanted every single piece in his fall collection.​  Especially the midi metallic silver silk pleated skirt, which I missed out on.  Heartbreak-I hate when that happens.
 .

10. Describe the season in five words…  Modern retro ​sexy tomboy chic. That paints a picture, right?
